Shown is a DCOE style fuel rail kit for throttle bodies
made from December 1998 onward. Instead of the mounting brackets used
in previous years, the mountings are integral with the throttles. Fuel
rails for the IDF and IDA will follow the same design, although some of
the IDF throttles we have in stock use the old type rail mounting.
The center O-ring tube allows the use of the rails on different manifold
spacings. It also allows for some misalignment of the throttles if they
are fitted to a manifold which has not been machined accurately (TWM manifolds
are always machined accurately).
These rails are made for AN fuel connections only. They will accept our
pump fitting (2900-9206) which has a 9/16 x 18 flare fitting for connection
to the fuel line. We supply pressure regulators which are designed for
rail end installation.
